White Ensign currently lead the way in the Thurlow Nunn First Division South but they are closely followed by Hashtag United and Halstead Town. However, Halstead's current form isn't as impressive as their two title rivals - they have only picked up eight points from their last six league games compared to thirteen points for Hashtag and White Ensign.

Harwich and Parkeston, currently in fifth place, are the form team winning their last six games including a 2-1 win against Hashtag United in their last game in front of a really impressive crowd of 351.

May & Baker have five games in hand which is mainly due to their successful FA Vase run getting through to the Third Round Proper where they narrowly lost to First Division North side Swaffham Town 0-1. If they win all five games in hand they could go ahead of the current top three. However as you can see they have only played two games against the current top five compared to Harwich & Parkeston who have played five.

Hashtag United and May & Baker are still unbeaten at home. M&B have a 100% record winning all six of their home games - Hashtag have won seven and drawn three of their ten games at Coles Park.

Coggeshall Town, currently eighth, have a brilliant away record winning seven and drawing one of their eight games played. Their home record isn't as good as they have won two, drawn two and lost two of six games.

The only other side to be unbeaten away from home are White Ensign winning nine and drawing one of their ten games played.

Lopes Tavares, currently 17th, are the only side without a home win at present.

Fire United, currently 19th and bottom, are the only side without an away win.

Brightlingsea Regent Reserves were without an away win up until last Saturday when they got their first win on their travels in some style running in eight goals at Wivenhoe Town - Charlie Lindoe recorded a hat-trick as they won their ninth away game after eight defeats.

Karl Swanborough of Burnham Ramblers is well in front in the division's top scorer charts. He has scored 18 goals in 20 games played with Steve Eaton on Holland FC in second place with 13 goals in 17 games played.
