It's looking like it's going to be a three-way fight between Pitshanger Dynamo, St Pantelemion and PFC Victoria with a seven point gap currently between third placed PFC and fourth placed Sporting Hackney.
St Panteleimon with eight wins and one draw in their nine games played so far look best placed at present although with many games still to play there will certainly be some twists and turns. The club were only formed in 2015 and originally played in the KOPA Cypriot Sunday League before joining the Middlesex County League Division One (Central and East) for the 2017/18 season.
The club won their division last season winning eighteen and drawing four of their twenty-two league games played scoring a very impressive 102 goals in those games. They are unbeaten in the league so far this season too which means after their switch to the Saturday game in 2017 they impressively haven't lost a league game as yet. They are currently ground-sharing with North Greenford United.
The current table toppers, Pitshanger Dynamo, were members of the league since when it was founded in 1984 with the club having been formed in 1972. They stayed until 1997 with their best finish being in 1986/87 when they finished fifth in the Premier Division table which Evershed Social won.
They returned in 2010 and were first time winners of Division Two pipping Feltham 'A' to the title. They moved up to the Premier Division for the 2015/16 season having finished second in Division One (West) the previous season. Since then they have finished 4th, 5th and 8th in the Premier Division. They currently ground-share with Hanwell Town.
PFC Victoria London are another new club to have made risen through the divisions having only been formed in 2016 they won Division Two in 16/17 and were promoted from Division One (West) last season. Could the club formed amongst the Polish community in the Capital rise up the pyramid like FC Romania (formed in 2006) have done so over the past few season? They are currently ground sharing with Hanworth Villa.
At the bottom of the table it's been a tough season so far for South Kilburn who have lost seven and drawn one of their eight league games played to date. They have won one game in The Alec Smith Premier Division Cup 4-1 against Brentham where they play CB Hounslow United Reserves in the next round. They lost to 4-2 to Chipperfield Corinthians in the Anagram Records Trophy and 8-0 to Bridon Ropes in the London Senior Trophy. Their next game is a tough one at home to Pitshanger Dynamo.
