Running this season with just one division of nine teams including Everton, Manchester City and Glasgow Rangers. Back in 2000/01 there were three divisions and twenty-four teams competing.
Most games kick off at 2pm and many are played at Riverside Lands or The Kings House Sports Ground in Chiswick on the banks of the River Thames. This weekend's games are in the Dave Baister Cup where Exeter City Bauys play Bristol City FSC, Glasgow Rangers host Shamrock Rovers and Everton play Manchester City.
BARNET SUNDAY FOOTBALL LEAGUE
The league has four divisions for the 18/19 season with forty-seven teams involved. Absorbed many teams from the North London and South Herts Sunday League, which unfortunately folded, a few seasons ago.
It's not been a great start to the season for 'North London Reds' who have lost 2-3, 1-11. 2-9 and 0-4. Their next two fixtures are real North London derby games as they face 'North London Colts' in a Senior Cup tie this weekend followed by a league game against the same side on Sunday 14th October.
Two of the oldest Sunday League side's in the Capital play each other on Sunday in the London FA Sunday Junior Cup. Edmonton Rovers (currently of the Barnet Sunday League Division One) host Italia Wasteels of the Orpington & Bromley District Sunday League Second Division.
CAMDEN SUNDAY LEAGUE
Most games are played on the Hackney Marshes - for the 2018/19 season there are two divisions with seventeen teams involved such as 'Chalk Scratchings' and 'Hackney Wednesday'.
The league was founded as the 'Hampstead and District Sunday Football League' in 1947 by Bill Price of whom the league's cup competition is named after. In 1965 the league was renamed the 'Camden Sunday League'
'Dinamo Dorigo' are members of the league whose name I think is a nod to the former Leeds United, Aston Villa, Chelsea, Torino, Derby County and Stoke City player Tony Dorigo who also played for England International team 15 times despite being born in Australia to an Italian father and Australian mother.
CENTRAL LONDON SUPER LEAGUE
Running with just one division of twelve clubs this season which is down two divisions and twenty clubs back in 2015/16. The team is home to 'Jeff's Chippy' and 'Beaujolais Fun Boys'.
CHISWICK & DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE
Three divisions with a good total of thirty teams including 'Barnes' and 'Barnes Albion'
CROYDON MUNICIPAL SUNDAY LEAGUE
Three divisions for the 18/19 campaign with a total of twenty-nine clubs including 'Palace St Germain'. Waddon Warnderers, of Division Two, have won their opening games 9-2 and 13-3 with C.Gee scoring an incredible thirteen goals in those two games - he certainly has his shooting boots on!
Two divisions with a total of sixteen clubs competing. Crondall lead the early Premier Division table for 2018/19.
EDMONTON & DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE
The EDFSL is running for it's 93rd season for the 2018/19 campaign with two divisions with the ambition of raising it to three for the 19/20 season. Grove Albion were league champions in the inaugural 1925/1926 season. Earlsmead FC, formed in 1946, are members and won the league's Division Three last season which was the first time since their 1964 Premier Division that the historic club had won a league title.
Games are played at The Henry Barrass Stadium with the London FA Sunday Junior Cup tie taking place this weekend between Ganadores and Duke Of Clarence (of the Metropolitan Sunday League) who make the trip from Charlton, South London.

ESSEX SUNDAY FOOTBALL COMBINATION
The ESFC has a total of 40 teams across four divisions and it's been that way for a number of years as in comparison in the 13/14 season 41 teams competed. Last season's Premier Division champion's were Asianos who have strarted with three wins (4-1, 9-1 and 3-1) so far this season.
ESSEX SUNDAY CORINTHIAN LEAGUE
A total of five divisions with eleven in the Premier, ten in D1, 11 in D2, 11 in D3 and 12 in D4. 'Winners UK' formed this year and new to D3 haven't had the best of starts to their season with their first fixture ending in a 0-24 (twenty-four) defeat to Roneo Colts and their second fixture unfulfilled.
Winners UK's next fixture is scheduled for this coming Sunday at The Peter May Sports Centre when they face Ping City Phoenixes who have won one and lost two of their opening three games.
Roneo Colts have had a topsy-turvy start to things with a their results reading L 0-8, D 1-1, W 24-0, L 0-3 and W 4-1.
HACKNEY & LEYTON FOOTBALL LEAGUE
One of the most famous Sunday Leagues of all. The H&Y Sunday league was formed in 1946 and games have been played on the famous Hackney Marches in East London which are now in the shadow of the 2012 Olympic Park development including The London Stadium.
Since 2000 the following clubs have won the Premier Division - Bancroft United (2), Eureka (2) , Hoxton Athletic (2), Lapton (four years in a row between 2006 to 2010), Real Romania, Black Meteors, Phoenix, FC Bartlett, Clapton Rangers and last season Mile End.
It's great to see five divisions of 11, 12, 12, 12 and 12 clubs this season.
Petrocub are the early leaders of the Premier Division with three wins in as many games with Mile End only in second place as they have only played twice scoring 14 times in the process and letting in none.
HARROW SUNDAY CHALLENGE LEAGUE
Still early days across the four divisions of the Harrow Sunday Challenge League. Each division has nine teams in including 'Popeye Green' and 'Surely Wood'
INNER LONDON FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Based in Tower Hamlets the league has a nine team open age Premier Division which includes clubs such as 'Bow', 'Bromley', 'Stepney' and 'Beaumont'. Games take place mostly in Victoria Park.

KOPA LEAGUE
The North London based Cypriot Sunday League was formed in 1975. This season they have two divisions of seven teams in each. They lost all conquering New Salamis who have joined Saturday football and the Herts Senior County League over the summer. They were Kopa League champions in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
There was an amazing game in Division Two this last weekend when 'KLN' were 5-3 up at half time to 'Pantel' and eventually lost 5-6.
LONDON & KENT SUBURBAN LEAGUE
Twenty clubs over two divisions. Baldon Sports currently lead D1 with four wins from four.
MACCABI GB SOUTHERN FOOTBALL LEAGUE
Based around the Jewish community in London with twenty-six teams competing for the 2018/19 season. Last season's champions were Hendon United Sports Club - they lost their opening game of the season 1-5 to Highgate and Muswell Hill but have since beaten 'Los Camden A' 2-1 and 'Faithfold DocMM A' 10-4 which sounds like an eventful game!
METROPOLITAN SUNDAY LEAGUE
The league is in it's 84th season for 2018/19 with four divisions. The Ron Pope Premier was won by Catford Wanderers last season and this season has AFC Brixton, AFC Peckham, FC Cortez, FC Kawooya, Golden Eagles, Ground Hoppers Met, Lambeth All Stars as well as last season title winners as members. The league also has South London Doves, Green Street Green and Althetic Dildao amongst it's members.
MIDDLESEX COUNTY LEAGUE (SUNDAYS)
A good total of fifty teams across five divisions all mainly based around the Heathrow and surrounding areas. FC Bengals were champions of the top division last season and haven't yet played a league game so far this campaign - they play FC Brickley at the weekend in the London FA Sunday Challenge Cup.
MORDEN & DISTRICT SUNDAY LEAGUE
'Wandsworth Elite' currently lead the First Division. A total of twenty-one clubs play in two divisions.
MUSICAL ASSOCIATION'S LEAGUE
The league has been in existence since 1984 and based in North London, it was started as a celebrity league with the Radio 1 team and evolved into the league it is today which features a mixture of pubs, clubs and businesses associated with the music industry.

One of the biggest Sunday leagues in London with fifty five teams competing across six divisions including 'Woolwich Arsenal' and 'Crayford Arrows'.
SOUTHERN SUNDAY LEAGUE
Seventy-Four teams and seven divisions currently make up the Southern Sunday League with team representing Hammersmith, Clapham, Battersea ('Battersea Dogs'), Streatham, Westminster, Tooting, Balham and Putney to name a few. 'Battersea Park Rangers' were league champions last season - 'AFC Hammersmith Town' currently lead the Premier Division having won three and lost one of their opening four games.
'Politics FC' of the Tony Eldridge Championship is the place to see goals with results of 4-5, 2-3, 1-6, 0-7 and then a 5-1 win against 'Barking Mad' last weekend.
Champions of League Two last season were 'Aletico Buble' who were formed in 2017 and named after the famous singer Michael Buble.
TURKISH COMMUNITY FOOTBALL FEDERATION
The TCFF was formed in 1976 and currently has two main divisions as well as Vet's divisions and youth under 14 and under 16 divisions. Based in North London last season's league champions were Trabzonspor UK.
WOOLWICH & ELTHAM SUNDAY ALLIANCE
Four divisions for 2018/19 season with 'Jam' currently leading the Premier Division from 'Woolwich 90' - 'Mottingham Forest' are members of the Senior Division.
