It's been a good opening week in the new Thurlow Nunn First Division South division with some great crowds including 207 at Little Oakley v Hashtag United and 281 at the Harwich & Parkeston in midweek followed by 152 at Benfleet on Wednesday evening. Only Fire United have yet to play a game - they will make their debut tomorrow against Braintree Town Reserves.

Lopes Tavares have had an eventful start to life at Step 6 of the non-league ladder with two players (Mohamed Kamara and Raul Manuel Fernandes Da Silva) sent off in their opening 2-2 draw at Burnham Ramblers and Spencer Forte red carded in their midweek 3-2 defeat at Newbury Forest.

Nick Huges of Frenford leads the early scoring charts with three goals closely followed by Connor Barnby (White Ensign), Jordan Heath (Harwich & Parkeston) and Dominic Locke (White Ensign) on two goals each.
