In the Premier Division we see Bedmond Sports make a return to football who will be managed by former boss Ashley Purser who won the Premeir Division with the club in 2013/14 before his move to Hatfield Town.

New Salamis enter Saturday football after being ultra successful in Sunday football where they played in the North London based Kopa League which they won in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 as well as the FA Sunday Cup in 2017 and runner's up in 2017. The club whose routes lie in the Wood Green area will ground share at Enfield Town's Queen Elizabeth Stadium.

SUN SPORTS PRE-SEASON FRIENDLIES - ALL MATCHES AT HOME

It's also great to see Sun Sports in the Premier Division. The club's first team dropped out of the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division last season following various well reported problems but their 'reserve side' continued on in Division One of the HSCFL and finished in 3rd place gaining promotion to the Premier for the 2018/19 season.

Weston also move up to the Premier Division after finishing runner's up in Division One.

Leaving the division are last season's champion's Bovingdon who move to the Spartan South Midlands League Division Two and Wormley Rovers who move to the new Step Six Eastern Counties League Division One South.

DIVISION ONE (18)
Baldock Town Reserves
Bovingdon Reserves
Buntingford Town
Bush Hill Rangers
Cockfosters Reserves
Hadley Reserves
Hampstead Heath
Hatfield United
Hinton
Hoddesdon Town Reserves
Old Parmiterians
Oxhey FC
Oxhey Jets Reserves
Rayners Lane Reserves
St Margaretsbury Reserves
Welham Albion
Wodson Park Reserves

There is a large number of new teams in Division One with just seven remaining from last season. Lots of the new teams come over form the SSMFL Reserve and Development Divisions as well as Bush Hill Rangers, Welham Albion and Hatfield United. Hatfield United I don't know much about and can't find much information on-line - If anyone has any information please leave a comment below...

There will also be a Oxhey Derby with Oxhey FC moving over from the West Herts Saturday League - they will now face Oxhey Jets Reserves in the league.
