It's been a long hard 2017/18 season already for Leytonstone United who are celebrating their 70th anniversary having been formed in 1947. The ProKit UK Essex Olympian League Division Three side's playing record so far this campaign reads  -

23rd September - Beacon Hill Rovers H/W *

7th October - Old Chelmsford Res L 0-12 
14th October - White Ensign Res H/W * 
21st October - COLLIER ROW L 0-12 (Essex Junior Cup) 
28th October - LEIGH TOWN L 1-21 
4th November - WHITE ENSIGN RES L 0-15 
11th November - Hutton Res H/W *
18th November - OLD CHELMSFORDIANS L 1-4
25th November - BEACON HILL ROVERS L 0-19 
2nd December - Roydon H/W *
9th December - SHOEBURY TOWN 

* denotes home walkover as Leytonstone unable to raise a team 

Their next scheduled game and last one before the Christmas and New Year period is at home to Shoebury Town who are second in the table and have a record of seven wins, 2 draws and only one defeat in their ten league games played. In the nine games the team has played this season they have conceded 112 goals which is an average of over 12 per game!
