WORK PROGRESSING WELL AT WHAT WILL BE ESSEX'S NEWEST FOOTBALL GROUND "PARKSIDE"
All things being well Summer 2017 will see Aveley move into their new state of the art home named 'Parkside' which will have a 3G pitch and grass pitches outside of the main stadium. It's an exciting time for all involved at the Essex club with Terry Spillane's side currently in ninth place in the Ryman Division One (North) just one point off fifth place which is the final play-off spot. The club have played at The Mill Field since 1951 so if you haven't visited you only have a few months left to catch a match there - Premier Division Grays Athletic are currently ground-sharing so there are plenty of chances.
