NORTH GREENFORD UNITED WERE ORIGINALLY PLACED IN THE HELLENIC LEAGUE AFTER RELEGATION FROM THE EVO STICK DIVISION ONE (CENTRAL) BUT AFTER AN APPEAL TO THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED BACK IN THE COMBINED COUNITES LEAGUE THEY LEFT IN 2010.
The Premier Division has five new clubs for the 2016/17 season. Bedfont & Feltham being promoted brings the Bedfont Derby to the league as they will now play local rival's Bedfont Sports in the league. Their grounds (The Orchard and Bedfont Sports Club) are next door to each other in the shadow of Heathrow airport. The two sides won't have to wait long to play each other as on Bank Holiday Monday 29th August Sports welcome The Yellows. Walton and Heasham will play their first league game outside of the Isthmian fold since 1971 - Spelthorne Sports are the visitors to Stompond Lane on Saturday 13th August.

On the way up - Balham FC
Division One sees two clubs promoted in Bagshot and Balham. AC London have transfered from the Kent Invicta League having started last season at the Crystal Palace Athletic's Stadium they will now ground share at Banstead Athletic's Merland Rise ground. Bagshot will ground share at Fleet Spur's Kennels Lane home and Balham, only formed in 2011, will share with Cobham's Leg O'Mutton Field.

The Row, as Hartley Wintney are known, won the league for the first time since 1983 last season. They will defend their title this season as they weren't promoted as the work's required to bring their ground up to the required standard will be completed this season.
