ESSEX ALLIANCE FOOTBALL LEAGUE CONSTITUTION 2016/17

The Essex Alliance Football League have announced their constitution for the forthcoming season as follows. Several new clubs will be playing in the league including United London who will be playing on Hackey Marshes and are advertised as the world's first managerless football club. Their website states (Link Here) -

"United London FC has been created by genuine football fans and not millionaire business owners. We’re in love with the game and wanted to do more than just sit back and watch, so we decided to create something honest, accessible and engaging that gives football fans the chance to have direct impact in the running a real life football club. We’re putting you in the dugout."

"By giving you the power to vote on our team each week, you’ll get to live the highs and lows of match days on our quest to win leagues and trophies as we move up through the league system. To help you manage effectively, we’ll be creating lots of video content around match days and training so that you can get an insight into the club and watch your decisions unfold. We will provide you with player backgrounds, statistics and our qualified staff will even send you an Assistant Manager report each week so you will always be prepared. Joining United London FC will also allow you to take part in our Manager of the Month competitions. You could even become our Manager of Year and win a prize! We look forward to making you our next managerial appointment"

Also included are Romford and District League Champions Ferns Seniors and Chigwell Rovers who will be playing at the Metropolitan Police Sports ground. Chingford Athletic who won the title and the Fenton Cup last season have released the following statement regarding their unsuccessful attempt at promotion to the Essex Olympian League.
