IT'S AN EXCITING BUSINESS END TO THE SEASON IN THE RYMAN PREMIER

MATCH ACTION FROM DULWICH HAMLET v ENFIELD TOWN YESTERDAY

With most teams having five games left to play in the Ryman Premier Division (ten for Bognor Regis Town) it's looking to be one of the most exciting 'business ends' of the season for a long time. 

Realistically I think four teams are still in with a chance of winning the Ryman Premier Division title being Hampton and Richmond, East Thurrock United, Tonbridge Angels and Bognor Regis Town who are all near enough guaranteed a play-off place barring a disastrous end of season drop in form.

There follows a group of five teams all chasing the final play-off spot being Dulwich Hamlet, Kingstonian, Leiston, Billericay Town and Enfield Town. The K's with a game in hand and their confidence boosted with a home win v Hampton yesterday are probably the favourites to finish fifth. 

Hampton and Richmond's 4-1 loss at Kingsmeadow yesterday was only the second time they have conceded four goals this league season - the last time was in a unexpected 4-0 defeat to Lewes at The Beveree. 

East Thurrock United (0-2 at Met Police), Tonbridge Angels (2-0 at home to Canvey Island) and Bognor Regis Town (0-1 at Needham Market) all kept the pressure on Alan Dowson's side at the top of the table.

At the bottom of the table both Lewes and VCD Athletic could be confirmed as relegated tomorrow. If Needham get a point or more in their game at Canvey Island it would put them on 43 or 45 points with Lewes currently on a possible points total of 45 and VCD on 46. Defeat or a draw for Lewes at Mertsham would see them go down to a possible points total of 42 or 43 with VCD Athletic at home to Staines Town - defeat for them would put them down to 43 with a huge goal difference to make up or a draw to 44 possible points.
