London Colney still head the SSMFL Premier Division table although two defeats in their last two games (away at Hoddesdon Town and Bedford) have made their postition look a lot less stronger than it was.
AFC Dunstable have also lost two games recently (versus London Colney and Biggleswade United) so it's Hoddesdon Town and Hertford Town with just one defeat in their last six league games that have moved closer to the top two.
If we look at the current record of teams in the top four versus their counterparts it's the table topper's who appear to have the easiest run in with only one game left versus a current top four side. Hertford Town have four games to play against the current top four.
Hoddesdon Town have the best record in the current top four v top four winning 8 from 12 points (66.67%) compared to London Colney 4/15 (26.67%), AFC Dunstable 1/9 (11.11%) and Hertford Town (33.33%).

KEY FORTHCOMING FIXTURES
Saturday 23rd January
BERKHAMSTED v LONDON COLNEY
This one won't be easy for London Colney looking to bounce back from two succesive defeats. The Comrades have an unbeaten record at home winning 8, drawing 2 of 10 league games played so far.
HERTFORD TOWN v BIGGLESWADE UNITED
On the face of it 3rd v 13th in the table would look like a home banker but United are in great form winning nine of their last eleven league games with stand out victories against Hoddesdon Town and AFC Dunstable along with an impressive 0-0 draw versus Berkhamsted. They have also recorded seven clean sheets in those games. A big test awaits The Blues here.
WEMBLEY v AFC DUNSTABLE
A tough away day for AFC Dunstable who will need to be at their best to get a victory at Vale Farm.
