NON-LEAGUE NUMBERS - WEEKEND FIXTURES COMING UP

PAULTON ROVERS are rock bottom of the Evo Stik Southern League Premier Division with no wins in their seventeen league games played so far. The experienced Tony Ricketts has taken over as manager and he would of been very happy with the 1-1 draw at Histon in his opening game. They welcome sixth placed Chippenham Town on Saturday who despite their lofty position in the table only have one win in six league games - they have drawn three of these so this indicates they are difficult to beat. The home side are currently best placed at 11/5 to get their first win of the season with the visiting Bluebirds rated at 10/11.

Evo-Stik Southern League Division One (Central) side LEIGHTON TOWN have only score five goals in their last eight games with just one victory being a 1-0 win over Beaconsfield SYCOB in those games. The rest have been defeats! They are at home to third placed Chalfont St Peter on Saturday who have four wins in eight and have scored 20 goals. So on goals scored per game it's 0.63 v 2.5 which should mean a 2 goal win for the visitors??

In the Essex Senior League there was cause for celebration for ENFIELD 1893 who recorded their first win of the season on Tuesday evening - after 13 league games with just one point they move to a total of four points. They won by 2-4 at Eton Manor with goals from Lewis Francis, Michael Hopkins, Brett Munyard and Lee Rome. Neil Blackburn's side welcome high flying Basildon United on Saturday so it'll be very tough to make it two wins in two.

It's been a difficult season for TOBY FC's first team in the Essex Olympian League Division One. They have lost all eight of their league games so far  - In the Senior League Cup it's been a different story as they have three victories - 7-1 over Ramsden Scotia, 5-4 on pens after a 2-2 draw with Runwell Hospital and 5-3 over Ryan FC last weekend. Toby welcome Galleywood to Aldborough Road on Saturday for a league fixture - Could they get their all important first league win in this game?

Back at the top end of the non-league game it's CHELTENHAM TOWN who currently lead the Vanarama National League but only 10 points seperate them and the other team relegated from the football league last season Tranmere Rovers who are currently in eleventh place. CHELTENHAM have lost only two games in their twenty played so far against Altrincham and Tranmere Rovers. After a 5-0 midweek home win against Guiseley they will be confident in getting a win at 22nd placed SOUTHPORT on Saturday. The bookmakers think so to rating them odds on at 5/6.

The non-league game of the day has to be FOREST GREEN ROVERS (2nd) play DOVER ATHLETIC (3rd). Rovers had a good 1-2 FA Cup win at AFC Wimbledon last weekend and a 1-1 draw in midweek at Welling United with Dover Athletic suffering a shock result at home to Stourbridge (1-2) and a midweek defeat to in-form Eastleigh (1-2). Neither side will want to lose this game - FGR are rated at 15/13 with an away win at 51/19 - Maybe the draw is the bet at a best priced 13/5.

THREE QUICK STATS TO LEAVE YOU WITH

* Decent defence but need to work on scoring - Vanarama National side Braintree Town have scored just 4 goals and let in 4 in their last six league games.

* 100% - Vanarama South side Maidstone United have won all of their last six league games scoring 8 and letting in just 1 goal. Could they make it a magnificent seven when they make the short journey to Kent rival's Dartford on Saturday?

* Any team can beat any team? - No team has a record of zero losses in the last six Ryman Premier Division games.
