The Premier Division has three club's promoted from Division One in Buntingford Town, Evergreen and Old Parmiterians alongside London Lions who have dropped down from the Spartan South Midlands Division One as well as Hadley Wood and Wingate who were originally going to join the Spartan South Midlands Division Two. Hertford Heath have had a name change to Ware Sports and will play their 2015/16 campaign on the 3G surface at the Wodson Park Sports Centre. London Lions move down the pyramid will see them return home to Rowley Lane from their ground share with Hemel Hempstead Town.

It's great to see some new teams joining and some moving up from the Reserve and Development divisions. Bedmond Sports and Social rejoin Division One after being unable to finish their Premier Division campaign last season, Bushey Rangers rejoin the division/league after last playing in the 2010/11 season alongside Lemsford who are the only side relegated from the Premier Division. Croxley Green, FC Lemsford and Wings Elite all move up from the Reserve and Development divisions.
Three new clubs join in Bengeo Trinity who move up from the Hertford and District Premier Division, Luton Allstars who enter a senior team for the first time since the club was formed in 2013 and Nirankan Hitchin who have entered successful teams in the Hitchin Sunday League and Comet Stevenage Sunday League in recent seasons.
