New clubs in the Premier Division are Needham Market, Brentwood, Mertsham and Burgess Hill Town all of whom will play at Step Three of the non-league ladder for the first time in their history. Farnborough and Staines Town return to Step Four after spending five and six seasons respectively in the Conference South. Either Hendon or Margate will be promoted with the play-off final being played on Sunday afternoon.

AFC Hornchurch, Bury Town and Witham Town join Division One (North) after relegation from the Premier Division and are joined by Essex Senior League Champion's Haringey Borough alone with Southern Counties East League Champion's Phoenix Sports who are based in Barnehurst which is in-between Bexleyheath and Dartford. Barkingside (who finished 22nd) received a reprieve from relegation. Phoenix have risen through the pyramid over the past few years - They won the Kent County League Division Two (West) in 2004/05, Division One (West) in 2007/08, the Kent Invicta League in 2012/13 and then the Southern Counties East League last season.

Peacehaven and Telscombe will play Division One (South) football for 2015/16 after spending one season in the Premier Division. East Grinstead Town (22nd place) receive a repirve with Chatham Town moving across from Division One (North). Molesey (Champions of the Combined Counties League) return to the Isthmian League after spending seven seasons at Step 5. Dorking Wanderers (runner's up in the Sussex County League) were only formed in 1999 and will play at Step 4 for the first time in their history - They have climbed from spending one season in the Crawley and District Football League when they were formed to joining the West Sussex Football League Division Four in 2000/01.
