The proposed constituion for the 2015/16 Essex Senior League season is reportedly as follows. It is to be ratifed at the league's A.G.M.

14) Redbridge FC (relegated form Ryman Division One North)

17) Sporting Bengal United FC

21) Wadham Lodge FC (promoted from Essex Olympian League Premier)

The new club's in the league are Burnham Ramblers who return after one season in the Ryman League Division One (North) and Redbridge who were last members back in 1996/97 under their former name Ford United. They were champions then losing just one game in 28 league games played. Wadham Lodge were title challengers in the EOFL but eventually finished in fourth postition by three points to Harold Wood Athletic, Kelvedon Hatch and Hannakins Farm.
