The race for the Essex Senior League title is now more than likely down to just three teams being Enfield 1893 FC, Tower Hamlets and Great Wakering Rovers. Due to postponements regarding water-logged pitches only Rovers played on Saturday with both 1893 and Tower Hamlet's games off. 1893 were due to play Bari at Goldsdown Road. Bari played their first game since Saturday 14th December last Monday evening and recorded their first league win of the season with a 3-1 local derby victory over London APSA.
The key games where the title could be decided could come on Saturday 5th April when Great Wakering Rovers visit Tower Hamlets and three days earlier on Wednesday 2nd April when Enfield 1893 FC travel to the Mile End Stadium.
