The Second Round fixtures for the FA Vase were played over the weekend with many Spartan South Midlands and Essex Senior League teams in action.

The Essex Senior League are still represented by Great Wakering Rovers, Hullbridge Sports and Haringey Borough with Rovers drawing Sports in what will be a highly anticipated Round Three local derby. Borough entertain Brantham Athletic who won 1-2 at Hadley.

The Spartan South Midlands League will be represented by Ampthill Town, Colney Heath, Hanwell Town, Tring Athletic and possibly Division One side Welwyn Garden City. The Citizens must win their mid-week replay versus Thurlow Nunn Premier Division side Ely City beforehand. The replay takes place on Wednesday 20th November at Herns Way where the club are expecting a decent sized crowd with a 7.45pm kick off. Entrance is £6 for adults, £3 for OAPs and under 16's are free.
