THE COLD END SUNDAY MATCH - 20th OCTOBER 2013

The national FA Sunday Cup gets underway on Sunday afternoon with a number of local clubs in action. One Hundred and Fifteen clubs have entered from AC Sportsman FC to Wymewold FC with fifty-one games taking place in the first round. A number of clubs have byes through to the second round. The following is a list of games taking place locally. All are scheduled to kick off at 2pm but please check with clubs if your thinking of going.

The games TCE has picked out are Burnt Oak Builder's Merchants who are currently top of The Barnet Sunday League Premier Division entertaining Manor House who have made a good start to their Independent South Essex Sunday League Premier Division season winning three and losing one.

Orc Sports Premier Division side Flamstead End (who won 7-5 versus Lea Valley Rangers last weekend) play KOPA league side New Salamis, They are unbeaten in league fixtures so far winning 4 and drawing 1 of their 5 fixtures.

Comet Stevenage Sunday Football League side Nirankari who have a 100% league record so far and won 1-12 at Division Two Benington in the Challenge Cup in the last game entertain 'Two Touch' of The SLN Aylesbury Sunday Combination who also have a 100% league record. The list of results for the season so far for "Two Touch" are nothing short of amazing!  They've won 17-0, 6-0, 9-2, 10-0, 9-0 and 15-1 in league fixtures. To add to this they smashed Garage MK 17-0 last weekend in the Berks and Bucks FA Intermediate Cup. Somehow I can't see this one ending 0-0!
