The Middlesex County League Premier Division 2013/14 campaign is now well underway and the first thing that stands out for me is eighth placed Kilburn's GF and GA column. In their eleven league games played there has been an amazing total of seventy-four goals scored. That's an incredible 6.74 goals per game!

SINGH SABHA SLOUGH - Saturday 26th October

Leading the division at present are Kensington Dragons followed by FC Deportivo Galicia, FC Assyria and British Airways. Fifth placed Cricklewood Wanderers, sixth placed Sporting Hackney and seven placed Interwood all have a chance to move up to the top of the league if they win the games in hand they have over the teams above them.

The Dragons lost their opening game of the season to Assyria and have since been unbeaten. They recorded an impressive 7-1 victory over British Airways on Saturday. Next Saturday they visit The famous marshes to take on Sporting Hackney in a what should be a really good game between two top teams. Sporting Hackney (v FC Deportivo Galicia), Cricklewood Wanderers (v FA Assyria) and Interwood (v Kensington Dragons) are the other sides left with just one defeat.

Singh Sabha Slough prop up the table at present and are awaiting their first victory. They have played ten games and have a total of only four points which they gained from four draws.
