WELCOME TO BRIMSDOWN FC

The Cold End can bring you some exciting news from the local non-league scene as a new club has been formed for the 2013/14 season. BRIMSDOWN FC's first team will play on the Downs pitch at Goldsdown Road and have applied to play in the Spartan South Midlands League Division Two (step 7). The club will also have under 18s, under 16s and under 15s teams. Brimsdown FC are currently holding trials on the Alma Road football pitches every Saturday morning between 10am to 12.30pm. Please see their  website for more details. Some of the first team players will come from the Kentish Town Under 18's side from last season.

The Cold End thinks it brilliant news as the name of Brimsdown will be once again represented in senior football following Brimsdown Rover's merger with Enfield 1893 FC in 2010. I'll bring you news of their first fixtures in due course.

The very best of luck to all those involved in the formation of the new club. The club's moto is "SUPERBIA UNITATE CONATU" which means PRIDE UNITY & EFFORT.
