A fifteen point gap currently separates table topper's Whitehawk and Lowestoft Town in fourth place but should The Trawlerboys win all their games in hand over the current odds on title favourites they will finish above them and win the title.
The Hawks only have four league games left at home to Bury Town and East Thurrock United with away matches at Kingstonian and Leiston. The Suffolk side still have ten games to play which includes midweek trips to Thurrock, Bury Town, Wealdstone and Wingate & Finchley as well as further trips to Bognor Regis Town and Canvey Island along with home games versus Thurrock, Cray Wanderers, Carshalton Athletic and Hendon.
Concord Rangers and Wealdstone are still in with a shout should The Hawks trip up in their final four games.

In the race to reach the final play-off spot it's Margate who are firm favourites with a five point gap between 5th and 6th places. There is a chance from about tenth placed East Thurrock United upwards could make it into fifth place at the end of the season but these teams will probably have to win most of their remaining games. Bury Town (8th place) have a real tough run of fixtures coming up after their home game with Cray Wanderers tonight. They play Wealdstone (home and away), Whitehawk, Lowestoft Town and then Margate so will have had to hit some run of form to finish fifth.
Next Tuesday night Margate welcome East Thurrock United in an interesting game. Win and the home side cement their play-off place whereas a loss would pull them back towards the chasing pack.
Canvey Island's defeat at home to local rival's Concord Rangers as well as coupled with their loss to East Thurrock United on Good Friday has really put a dent in their chances. They will probably have to win versus Lowestoft Town on Saturday to keep their chances alive. The Trawlerboys haven't lost in 20 league games. Are they due a defeat?
