SPARTAN SOUTH MIDLANDS LEAGUE OPENING FIXTURES

As one massive sporting event will be drawing to a close over the weekend of Saturday 11th August and Sunday 12th August 2012 another will just be starting as the Spartan South Midlands League seasons kicks off with one Premier Division and a number of Division One games. Most of the member clubs are in action in the FA Cup Extra-Preliminary Round.

There are some really good fixtures to look forward. Southall make their SSMFL debut with trips to Stony Stratford Town and Cockfosters with Codicote entertaining Amersham Town and then making a trip up the A1 to Langford on Tuesday night for their first fixtures.

Dunstable Town, who are considered to be one of the favourites for the Premier Division, play two away games at London Tigers and promoted Ampthill Town.
