Terry Spillane's new team will play in red and black as opposed to the old blue and white colours. Redbridge's official website reports that "keeping in line with the club’s past as Ford United, the original Phoenix remains but is seen powerfully rising from the crest to reflect the club moving forward into a new era thus bringing together the old and new, young and old generations together".
