WALTHAM ABBEY GAME CONFIRMED ON....WARE AND CHESHUNT IN CUP ACTION

There has been at pitch inspection at Capershotts at 3pm today and the game is confirmed as ON at this time. Hopefully the weather will stay dry and the game will start!!

Tonight's Ryman North Fixtures

Brentwood Town V Thamesmead Town
Needham Market V AFC Sudbury
Redbridge V Ilford
Romford V Wingate & Finchley
Waltham Abbey V Enfield Town

All the games are confirmed on at the time of writing with the hotly anticipated Suffolk derby at Bloomfields bound to attract a good crowd and Romford v Wingate and Finchley the games of the night. If Needham Market slip up tonight and East Thurrock United win against Grays Athletic tomorrow the title race will be even more closer than it is already. Grays Athletic will be well up for the local derby clash at Rookery Hill as will Market who will want to put one over their county rivals.

Ware are also in action tonight  when they welcome League Two side Stevenage to Wodson Park in the Hertfordshire Senior Cup Semi-Final. The Boro are reported to be fielding a strong side with Darius Charles, Luke Foster, Chris Beardsley and Rob Sinclair all included in their squad. Just south on the A10 Cheshunt entertain another League Two as Barnet visit in the other Semi-Final.  The Bees will also be fielding a strong squad as they try and qualify for the final for the first time since 2007. The Ambers have been runners up in the last two finals which were won by Stevenage "Borough" and Bishop's Stortford.

Ware were last finalists in 2008 when Boreham Wood won 5-2. They last won the cup in 1954 when they defeated Barnet 1-0.

THE COLD END WISHES THE TWO RYMAN NORTH CLUBS THE BEST OF LUCK IN THESE CUP TIES!!!
