PA denotes points available (eg - Ware have gained 8 points from the 33 they could of gained since the turn of the year)

win% denotes win percentage (eg - Cheshunt have won 33.33% of their games since the turn of the year)

A/P denotes actual postition in the table

The above League table is based on the results since 1st January 2011 and it shows that current eighteenth placed Tilbury's 0-3 win at ninth placed Romford yesterday wasn't really a big surprise as The Dockers are in good form with only the top three in the league having a better win percentage since the turn of the year. The Dockers and their local rivals Grays Athletic along with Waltham Abbey all have won 50% of their games since 2011 started.

Enfield Town are on 46.66% (seven out of fifteen games) and have the best goal difference in the league aside from second placed East Thurrock United.

The above table indicates just how close the race for the title between Needham Market and East Thurrock United is along with the scramble for the three remaining play-off places (as either Market or The Rocks will take 2nd place)

AFC Sudbury's 0-3 result of the day victory at Wingate and Finchley has brought the North London side down into 4th place and Brentwood Town who are in great form have moved up to third place. Grays Athletic could argue that the result of the day belongs to them with their impressive 1-1 draw at Needham Market.

The cold end thinks most Town supporters would of taken a point prior to the 2-2 draw at Heybridge Swifts yesterday. Town were 0-2 up after half an hour thanks Liam Hope and Leon Osei but the home side pulled it back to 2-2 thanks to a goal on 32 minutes and a second half goal.

Midweek fixtures
TUESDAY
AFC Sudbury v Redbridge
East Thurrock United v Tilbury
Heybridge Swifts v Brentwood Town
Romford v Harlow Town
Waltham Abbey v Ware

WEDNESDAY
Grays Athletic v Enfield Town

Some good games take place this mid-week with Heybridge Swifts v Brentwood Town standing out. East Thurrock United could go top of the league if they win their local derby game versus Tilbury but as stated the Dockers are in great form so they could they spring a surprise??

Town's opponents, Grays Athletic, still have an outside chance of reaching the play-offs if they win their games in hand so its another difficult game for Town to negotiate.

At the foot of the table it now looks like it's between Waltham Forest and Ilford as to who will finish bottom of the table.
