MIDDLESEX SENIOR CUP 2010/11

The final places in the quarter-finals of the Middlesex Senior Cup were sorted out last night with Hampton and Richmond Borough beating Enfield FC 1893 0-1 at Goldsdown Road and Hendon winning 2-3 at Wingate and Finchley AET. Lubomir Guentchev scored the winner deep into the 2nd half of extra-time.
Hayes and Yeading United of the Blue Square Premier are the highest ranked side left in the competition with Blue Sqaure South Hampton and Richmond and Staines Town joined by Ryman Premier Hendon, Harrow Borough and Wealdstone along with Zamaretto Central Bedfont Town in Round Three. Combined Counties League side Wembley are the lowest ranked side left in the competition at present.

Hampton & Richmond Borough v Hendon
Harrow Borough v Hayes & Yeading United
Bedfont Town v Wembley 
Wealdstone v Staines Town
* Matches due to be played week beginning 10th January 2011

Bedfont Town are the only side left who have yet to lift the famous trophy. Hayes and Yeading United have sort of as the two former clubs that merged did previously win the cup on several occasions.
