BRASS MONKEY WEATHER CONTINUES TO PLAY HAVOC WITH FIXTURE LIST

The snow, ice and freezing temperatures across England has played it's part with football fixture lists up and down the country this weekend.

In the Ryman League only Premier Division Wealdstone v Aveley (still subject to pitch inspection at 11am on Saturday) and Division One (South) Ramsgate v Eastbourne (pitch inspection at 9.30am) have survived so far with all the other fixtures postponed - most other local games will go the same way with conditions as they are.

As the cold end stated yesterday please keep safe and warm during the big freeze and hopefully we'll all be thawed out for the Waltham Forest away match on the 11th December which could take place at Wadham Lodge as the Stags are very close to moving back home. Their website reports an announcement is imminent about their return to the stadium in E17.

There is also the Capital League game scheduled to take place at Goldsdown Road on Monday night between Enfield FC 1893 and Enfield Town.

The current temperature outside of Cold End HQ is reasonably warm compared to other parts of the UK which have been hit with terrible weather conditions.
