THE COLD END APPLAUDS GHANA

What a game it was last night. Putting aside the arguments that are being had on the radio and various Internet forums about the handball on the line and talk of "penalty goals" being given - the cold end wishes if only Fabio Capello's team had half as much heart, pride, spirit, commitment and desire that The Black Stars played with throughout the tournament - England would of been proud our National side even if they had lost.

The cold end applauds the Ghana squad. Every member of the team can hold their heads up high as they done their country proud with their brillaint fighting performance which resulted in them so unluckily being knocked out.

Uruguay also contributed to what was a fantastic match but now most pundits will predict a Holland victory in the semi-final match next week.
