Folkestone Invicta went unbeaten in their first ten league games of the season before losing 1-2 at Hashtag United. They got back to winning ways with a 2-1 home win over Billericay Town in their twelfth game played. The Kent side are currently second in the Isthmian Premier Division behind Brentwood Town who were surprisingly well beaten at home to Wingate & Finchley on Saturday who recorded a remarkable 0-5 win!
Sutton United are in danger of relegation to Step Two of the non-league ladder for the first time since the 2015/16 season. The U's have only one victory in the Enterprise National League which came at home to Carlisle United back on Saturday 30th August. Since then it's ten league games without a win! Steve Morrison left his position as Manager on Wednesday 17th September with Chris Agutter appointed Head Coach at the beginning of October after his successful spell with Worthing in the Enterprise South. Gander Green Lane is, of course, well known for the FA Cup and everyone involved with the club will be hoping for some magic to happen when League Two struggler's visit in the Second Round later in the month.
Everett Rovers are having an amazing first season playing at Step Six of the non-league ladder. They are currently top of the Spartan South Midlands League Division One with fifteen wins and one drawn from their sixteen league games played. Harley Sells is their star player with 26 goals scored in 19 league and cup games so far! He has also played for Hayes & Yeading United and Amersham Town where he played with Jake Tabor who moved to Swindon Town over the summer and is currently on loan with Bath City.
