It's all very early in the season but the early leaders in the division are both Woodford Town and Takeley who have won both of their league games played. Woodford travel to Sawbridgeworth with probably the game of the day being Walthamstow (who have won one and drawn one of their games) travelling to Takeley.
Stanway Rovers (who transfered from the Thurlow Nunn Premier Division over the summer where they finished 3rd, 3rd, 6th and 8th in the last season) were expected to do well in the ESL by many supporters but have lost their first two games 1-5 at home to Takeley and 4-0 at Saffron Walden Town. They host Clapton on Saturday looking to get some points on the board.
