GRAYS ATHLETIC GAIN VALUABLE THREE POINTS OVER THE TOWN

The cold end wasn't at the game last night but all reports back are that the home side fully deserved their 2-0 victory and but for the woodwork it could of been a higher winning margin. For a report on the game from a Grays Athletic perspective please click here.

* denotes play-off chance??

What we do know from the above table is that one of the top two will win the Championship with the game between East Thurrock United and Needham Market on the 9th April a real title decider.

This will leave either ETU or NM in second place followed by three other teams from the ten that still have a very good or an outside chance of reaching the top five.

What Steve Newing and the players will know is that Enfield Town's current form of one win in six games is not good enough to challenge for the top five. A win is needed on Saturday and the game couldn't of been much tougher as Needham Market are welcomed to Goldsdown Road. Town gave Lowestoft Town a great game last year and nearly pulled off a shock victory so let's hope the lad's can put in a great performance and get those all important three points.

COME ON YOU TOWN!!!
