LONDON SENIOR CUP (SPONSORED BY VEO) 2024/2025

Charlton Athletic's u21 side have won the last two London Senior Cups with a 2-1 victory over Hendon last season and a 5-3 win over Haringey Borough in the 22/23 season. Eighteen year old Patrick Casey netted both goals v Hendon and is a very promising player for The Addicks where he signed a three year professional contract in June 2023.

Daniel Kanu, 19, scored twice in the 2023 win over Haringey Borough and now has played nearly 50 league games for the club as well as being capped by Sierra Leone at International Level.

Dylan Gavin was another scorer in that game - He spent time on loan with Billericay Town, Dulwich Hamlet and Welling United during his time at The Valley. He moved back to Ireland and played for Athlone Town last season before joining Scottish League Two side Elgin City in the summer.

Charlton Athletic aren't the only football league side to enter this year's competition with Bromley, QPR, Leyton Orient, AFC Wimbledon and Brentford all entering teams. The Bees 'B' team made the 2019 and 2020 finals before winning in 2022.
