The 2020/21 constitution for Division Two of the Spartan South Midlands League Division Two (Step 7) will be much the same as it was last season with just Unite MK (merged with MK Robins) leaving and Berkhamsted Comrades joining. The Comrades will be a reserve/development side for Southern League side Berkhamsted FC.
