Jonte Smith celebrates scoring Lewes first goal

It was a bittersweet day for the faithful followers of Lewes FC who recorded a brilliant 2-2 draw at Kingstonian. Substitute Jordan Badger came on in the 87 minutes and scored a header in the 90th minute to put a dent into The K's play-off aspirations. Despite the result Lewes are now officially relegated along with VCD Athletic who lost 2-3 at home to Harrow Borough. Marc Charles-Smith got the winner for the away side in the 86th minute which all but guarantees their Premier Division status for another season.

At the top of the table it's as you were as Hampton recorded an emphatic 5-1 home victory over Brentwood Town, East Thurrock United won 1-3 at Wingate and Finchley and Tonbridge Angels won 0-3 at Hendon. One more point for Hampton would put them on 89 points and with a +7 goal difference it would put an end to The Angels title challenge - with a four point gap between The Beavers and 2nd placed East Thurrock I would say it's now fully in Hampton's hands to win.

Stevenage FC loanee Dipo Akinyemi scored his fourth goal in three games for Dulwich in their 2-0 victory over Bognor Regis Town which was the same score as Enfield Town recorded against Grays Athletic with an early and a late goal (penalty) from Corey Whitely.

The points dropped by both Leiston (2-2 at Staines Town) and Billericay Town (0-0 at home to Burgess Hill Town) could have put an end to their outside play-off hopes?

Perhaps the biggest result of the day came in Farnborough's 0-2 victory at Needham Market in the "relegation six pointer" - The Hampshire didn't win any of their first 18 away games but have now won their last three - Are they hitting form at the right time? Even if they do finish outside of the bottom four it's likely they will be relegated because of the financial ruling earlier in the season - if they finish in the bottom four they will drop down two divisions - I think i'm right in saying that but not 100%.

All Enfield Town and Dulwich Hamlet fans focus will be on Kingsmeadow on Monday night as Kingstoinan are back in action against Bognor Regis Town who play their third game in five days!!
