HERTFORDSHIRE, MIDDLESEX AND ESSEX COUNTY CUPS - UPDATE

SENIOR CUP
Evo Stik Southern League Division One (Central) Northwood will play Ryman Premier Division Enfield Town in the final which is scheduled to be played on Saturday 7th May 2016 at a venue to be decided. The best Town have done in the prestigious competition was in 2003 when, as an Essex Senior League side, they lost to Ryman Premier Division Hendon. Northwood were runner's up in 2000 and 2002 before winning it in 2007 when they beat Hayes on kicks from the penalty mark (4-3) after a 1-1 draw AET.

CHARITY CUP with HELP THE HEROES
The Charity Cup is at the Quarter Final stage as follows -
Rayners Lane v Uxbridge
Wealdstone FC v Hanworth Villa
Hampton & Richmond Borough v Brimsdown or Cockfosters
Ashford Town (Middlesex) v Enfield Town

PREMIER CUP
It's an all Spartan South Midlands League Division One affair in the Premier Cup final as Woodford Town take on Hillingdon Borough. Woodford have beaten Broadfields United, Enfield Town U21s and Bedfont & Feltham to get to the final with Hillingdon playing just two matches beating Edgware Town and Staines Lammas. The game is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 27th April at Wealdstone FC's Grosvenor Vale ground.

INTERMEDIATE CUP
The Intermediate Cup final takes place on Monday 25th April at AFC Hayes between Laleham and FC Assyria. FCA are currently 11th in the Middlesex County League Premier Division with Laleham having another fantastic season in the Surrey County Intermediate League (Western) Premier Division. Last season they were league and Premier Division cup winners - this season they have won 11 out of 11 league games and are also still in the Premier Division cup so they could well complete a SCIL double/double which at any level of football is amazing.

JUNIOR CUP
British Airways (Speedbird) will play Spartans Youth in the Junior Cup Final on Wednesday 20th April - both play in the Middlesex County Football League Division One (West).

CAPITAL WOMEN'S CUP
The Capital Women's Cup is up to the semi-final stage where Ashford Town (Middx) Ladies play Clapham United and Headstone Manor Ladies play University College London.

GEOFF HARRISON JUNIOR TROPHY
The final takes place at Harefield United on Thursday 7th April when Harrow Rangers face AFC Hanwell and Hayes. Harrow Ranger play in the Middlesex County League Division Two with their opponents coming from the MCFL Combination.

SUNDAY PREMIER CUP
Sunday 24th April is the date set for the final when Enfield Rangers Old Boys take on Chiswick Griffin Albion

SUNDAY INTERMEDIATE CUP
The final takes place on Monday 18th April when Legion play Fulwell City 2nd XI.

SUNDAY JUNIOR CUP
The final takes place on a date to be arranged when Larkspur Rovers playe the winners of the Harefield United Sunday v Hanworth Sports semi-final that is yet to be played.

SUNDAY JUNIOR TROPHY
The competition is at the semi-final stage where Abbey play Headstone Manor and Heathrow Club 3rds travel to FC Irish of London (Exiles).

VETERANS CUP FINAL
The final takes place at the Silver Jubilee Park on Sunday 3rd April when London Lions (Vets) take on Bushey Sports Club (Vets).

BBC ESSEX SENIOR CUP
Concord Rangers could win their third succesive Senior Cup - They have reached the final this week with a 1-3 away victory at Colchester United where they will play either Heybridge Swifts or Redbridge or Tilbury (The Motormen and The Dockers play their quarter-final tonight). The last time the competition was won three times in a row was back in 1965, 1966 and 1967 when Leytonstone retained the trophy. They were also runner's up in 1968 and 1969. 

BBC ESSEX SATURDAY PREMIER CUP
The final takes place at Thurrock FC's Ship Lane ground on Wednesday 30th March where Little Oakley will Weeley Athletic or Frenford Senior or West Essex.

SATURDAY JUNIOR CUP
Billericay Town's New Lodge will host the final on Wednesday 20th April. The competition is at semi-final stage at present which take place on Saturday 12th March. Pro-Athletic host Chingford Athletic and Iona visit Sandon Royals.

SATURDAY JUNIOR TROPHY
The final is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 6th April at Bowers and Pitsea's Len Salmon Stadium. The semi-finals take place on Saturday 5th March where Ryan u21s travel to St Cleres and Flitch United go to Frenford Senior 'A'.

SATURDAY VETERANS CUP
Wednesday 16th March sees the final take place at Aveley's Mill Field stadium. Hutton Old Boys face off against Leigh Ramblers.

SUNDAY PREMIER CUP
The final is set for Sunday 1st May at Concord Rangers. The Semi-Finals are yet to take place with Rouge Returns playing AFC Pegasus and Global v Maiden.

SUNDAY JUNIOR CUP
Sunday 3rd April will see Daen Ingas play Belfry in the final at Great Wakering Rovers.

SUNDAY JUNIOR TROPHY
Brightlingsea Regent host the final on Sunday 10th April. The Semi-Finals take place this weekend - Westcliff United v Leigh United Reserves and The Fox & Fiddler v Notley.

SUNDAY VETERANS CUP
The Veterans Cup take place after the Junior Cup final at Great Wakering Rovers. Old Sutton Vets take on Nicholas Wybacks.

BBC ESSEX WOMEN'S CUP
Billericay Town play C&K Basildon in the final at AFC Hornchurch on Thursday 24th March.

WOMEN'S TROPHY
Saffron Walden Town host the final between Harlow Town and Wickford Town on Sunday 20th March.



SENIOR CHALLENGE CUP 
Hitchin Town will make the short trip to the County Ground in Letchworth where they will play the winner's of the Bishops Stortford v Boreham Wood semi-final to be played next Tuesday. It's been a long wait for The Canaries - they last were in the final in 1997 when they won the competition by beating Boreham Wood 4-1. The date of the final is yet to be arranged.

CHARITY CUP 
Bishops Stortford won an eventful semi-final 5-4 versus Royston Town in December - They will face fellow Vanarama South side St Albans City who beat Hemel Hemsptead Town 1-0 on Tuesday evening.  Like the Senior Cup the date is yet to be decided. 

CHARITY SHIELD 
Tring Athletic will play the winners of the Hadley v Harpenden Town semi-final that is yet to be played. 

SENIOR CENTENARY TROPHY 
The final will take place on Tuesday 22nd March when Letchworth Garden City Eagles make the short journey 'through the hedge' to play Bishops Stortford Swifts. The Eagles are top of the Herts Senior County League Premier Division with The Swifts currently fourth in the Essex Olympian League Premier Division so it's a good game in prospect.  

SATURDAY INTERMEDIATE CUP 
Tuesday 12th April will see London Colney Reserves play Bedmond Sports and Social at The County Ground. 

SUNDAY SENIOR CUP 
Sunday 20th March will see Skew Bridge play Dun Cow in the final of the Sunday Senior Cup. 

SUNDAY INTERMEDIATE CUP 
The semi-finals take place this weekend where Apsley Athletic play Shamrock Rovers and The Great Northern visit Apollo. 

SUNDAY JUNIOR CUP 
Still at the semi-final stage which take place on Sunday 13th March. Boxmoor play Aspire Personal Training and Nirankari Health City play The Snug Bar. 

VETERANS CUP 
WINNERS - GARSTON VETERANS who beat Dun Cow Vets 1-0 on Sunday 28th February. 

WOMEN'S CUP 
The final takes place on Saturday 13th March when Stevenage Ladies play Watford Ladies u19s/development team.
