FOUR CLUBS ON A TUESDAY #3

HALE RANGERS
Tottenham based Rangers are in with a great chance of winning the Middlesex County League Division Two. They are one point below the current top two Lampton Park and Club Santacruzense de Londres. They face a home game with Lampton Park on Saturday 14th February followed by another home game against Larkspur Rovers on Saturday 28th February. Rovers also have a good chance for the title as they are a further three points back with another two games in hand.

ENFIELD TOWN
Since Bradley Quinton took over the Town their goals per game conceded is 1.16 per game (which reduces down to 0.84 per game if you discount the 0-4 defeat v Maidstone United and the 0-5 defeat at Billericay Town). This is a vast improvement from the 2.17 figure in the first six games of the season and 1.98 (12/13) and 1.96 (13/14). Current table topper's Maidstone United have a goal's conceded ratio of 0.87 with last season's champions Wealdstone on 0.93 per game.

AFC HORNCHURCH
On the subject of goals conceded The Urchins (on 37) are only bettered by the current top four in Maidstone Unted (26), Dulwich Hamlet (28), Margate (33) and Metropolitan Police (33). However, the Essex side only moved out of the drop zone on Saturday following their vital 2-0 home win against relegation rival's VCD Athletic. Bognor Regis Town visit Bridge Avenue on Saturday.

RAMSGATE
The Rams are bottom of the Ryman Division One (South) and need to grab some wins soon or they will be looking at relegation to the Step 5 Southern Counties East Football League. The Kent side left the then named Kent League in 2005 and reached the Premier Division play-offs in 2007/08. The league they left behind contained Herne Bay, Whitstable Town, Maidstone United, VCD Athletic, Hythe Town and Thamesmead Town who are all now members of the Ryman League. Without a win in ten games they are due (weather permitting!!) to travel to third from bottom Redhill tonight in what will be a very important game. The club have recently had a change of management after Dean Hill left the club - Simon Halsey has joined from Fisher FC. He won the Kent League with Herne Bay in 2012/13.
