SPARTAN SOUTH MIDLANDS LEAGUE OPENING FIXTURES

The Spartan South Midlands League kicks off with Premier Division and First Division fixtures on Saturday 13th August with the Division Two starting a week later when a number of clubs are in FA Cup action. The two fixtures which stand out for the cold end in the Premier Division on opening weekend are Broxbourne Borough v Aylesbury United and Hertford Town v Tring Athletic. In Division One the returning Tokyngton Manor travel to Bedford with new side Chesham United Reserves going to Cockfosters. In midweek there is a local derby between Tring Athletic and Berkhamsted in the Premier Division and Cranfield United v Ampthill Town in the First Division that stand out along with another local derby between Wodson Park and Hoddesdon Town on Wednesday night.

Division Two starts on Saturday 20th August with new club Hale Leys United welcoming Kent Athletic to Fairford Leys. Here are the league fixtures for the opening week -
