The cold end brings you the news we all expected this morning in that the scheduled game this afternoon versus Cheshunt at Goldsdown Road is OFF.
As I write this only two fixtures from the original list of eleven remain ON at present with pitch inspections due at 11am for the Potters Bar Town v Waltham Abbey game and 12noon for the Heybridge Swifts v Maldon and Tiptree game. With the ice and snow still not thawing out we all know the chances of those going ahead are pretty slim!!
Enfield Town's next scheduled game is the big New Years Day trip to Harlow Town.
